Covid-19 in Supply Chain: Lessons from a Crisis

As a first post, I wanted to share my experience facing the Covid crisis and the lessons Learned. We have seen the crisis travel around the globe, from China, then Europe, North America and now South America, India and Indonesia. The impact has been different depending on the context and the size of the « Wave », but we can identify some common phenomenon.

During the different phases of the crisis, we have had to face different changes in the environment:

After this earthquake, the situation is going back to normal, but a NEW NORMAL!

With more volatility, customers looking for security, an even greater pressure on Opex and Capex… we are facing a new storm.

As on a boat, strong weather requires new tools, but even more the best sailors! it is the next battle…
